Whether virtual or in-person, it’s important that we get a chance to connect, outline expectations, and develop a plan of action specific to your needs.

About 8 weeks before your big day, you'll get a checklist to ensure the wedding plan handover process is smooth and everything is covered.
Then, we’ll meet regularly to discuss final details, work through logistics, confirm every detail before the wedding day.

In the weeks leading up to the wedding, we'll create a comprehensive wedding day itinerary to keep the day flowing!

Leading up to the wedding day, your day-of coordinator will help coordination logistics for all vendors including the venue.
We'll coordinate deliveries, organize set-up and tear-down, and figure out all the logistics in between!

As your group is busy getting ready, I’ll oversee everything related to onsite set-up including sound and AV requirements, florals, decor, table arrangements, and more — ensuring your wedding looks exactly like you imagined it would and everything is where it needs to be.
Then, once the festivities begin, I'll ensure everything is flowing according to plan - handling any issues that come our way behind the scenes.
